  • Business Development Activities – lead generation through calling & meeting prospects / existing clients. Conducting demos & generating business. The business development activity need to be transcript in the CRM Module of the company with intricate details of the prospect & their detailed requirement & activities undertaken vis–vis the prospect on day to day basis.
  • Market/ Competition analysis & research
  • Analyzing Client Requirements
  • Develop the marketing materials and presentations specific to client requirements.
  • Sending quotation / pricing implications of the proposed software application.
  • Following up with the customers for closures on regular basis. Compiling day to day MIS.
  • To achieve the sales / revenue targets
  • To create/maintain excellent relationships with clients and be able to tailor products pitch according to their specifications.
  • Post Sales Support & up selling to existing accounts. Exploring new business possibilities with existing clients.

  • Coordinating with Product Development Department to facilitate new product development.
